The Importance of a Delegation for an Effective Management

This bachleor thesis is focused on delegation in management practice and its importace for effectively managing a company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical and is based on the study of related literature. In that part, are the terms like structure of organisation, managerial roles, functions and finally delegation on its own, described more closely. In the second part is my own research which is based on basic method of quality research, which is a direct interview. The research for this thesis was conducted on a selected subject and the results were thoroughly processed and interpreted. In the end of this thesis, based on the results, are conducted and recommended some measures, which can help for better and more effectiveness of the company.
Delegation and its implementation in practice

The aim of this thesis is to determine the level of the process of delegation in the company Meixner and Hanuš and.s. evaluate the delegation process for subordinate staff and compare it with the look of the delegation at the head of the worker. In the theoretical part is described the management and organizing, which are an integral part of the delegation. In the framework of the concept of delegation is discussed its nature, purpose, barriers, phases, delegation of tasks and with the necessary powers up to the control. For each chapter or podkapitolou is given a conclusion, where the author of the thesis states what the authors agree or in which they differ. In the practical part is presented the reference company, where it is given its profile, the structure and training of the staff. For the analysis of the process of delegation in a particular company is chosen the method of questionnaire investigation for subordinate staff. By the senior member of staff has been elected to the conversation. The evaluation was designed to coordinate better the work activities and improve the cooperation between the dispatchers and the manager of transport with a focus on improving the organisation of work. For incentive programs, it is appropriate to focus on the workers who are in the company a shorter period of time and don't have much experience.
